2. Contact and purposes
This website provides a link that opens your email application. It does not contain a contact form. When you send us a message, we use the information you provide to reply, understand your needs and correspond with you. Where you request steps towards a contract in your own name, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other correspondence, our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and business contacts is the basis under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Sending a message does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
3. Website operation and protection
The infrastructure processes technical information such as IP address, request time, page address, browser information and errors. This supports delivery, diagnostics and protection against abuse. The basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure, functioning website.
4. Voluntary provision and retention
Providing information in an email is voluntary; we need a return address to reply. We keep correspondence for as long as necessary to handle the matter. If cooperation or a justified need to protect legal claims arises, we apply the cooperation period, relevant limitation periods and legal duties. Documents subject to legal retention obligations are kept for the legally required period. The bases for processing related to contracts, legal obligations and claims are respectively Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR. Technical logs rotate according to the infrastructure provider’s settings and rules. Information concerning a specific incident may be retained for its analysis or to protect legal claims.
5. Providers and recipients
Authorised people handling correspondence and providers of hosting, email and technical support may access data as needed. Hostinger provides website hosting; the contact mailbox in blekitnyorzel.pl remains at WebD. Data may be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law. Providers may use subprocessors. Hostinger’s terms provide safeguards for transfers outside the EEA, including European Commission standard contractual clauses. 6. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access and a copy, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where an operation relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. The scope depends on the basis and circumstances. Send requests to gdpr@blekitnyorzel.pl. You may complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. This website does not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
7. Cookies and browser storage
This version does not activate analytics or advertising. Fonts and films load from our own server, without embedded YouTube or Vimeo players. Links do not activate embedded services from other websites. Closing the privacy notice is not analytics or marketing consent.
8. Technical mechanisms
If you voluntarily select the option to remember dismissing the notice, localStorage stores fw_privacy_notice_v1 with an expiry time of 180 days. It contains no identity or browsing history and stays in this browser. “Forget dismissal” deletes it; after expiry it is removed when the panel is next opened. You may also clear browser data in browser settings. WordPress uses technical cookies on the login screen and in the administration area: wordpress_test_cookie — browser session; wordpress_* and wordpress_logged_in_* — login session, normally up to 14 days with Remember me; wp-settings-* and wp-settings-time-* — interface preferences, normally up to one year. Browsing does not require an account. Blocking technical mechanisms may affect selected functions.
9. Changes and optional services
The Cookie settings link in the footer opens the information panel. There are currently no analytics or advertising categories to enable. Before adding optional tools requiring consent, we will update this information and implement an appropriate choice and blocking of services before consent.
